Therapy services offered

• Individual Sessions:
  
  
  • Are approximately 50 minutes in length.
    
    
  • Appointments will be scheduled on a weekly basis moving to bi-weekly (and so on) as new skills are being practiced.
    
    
• Couple Sessions
  
  
  • Initial session is 80-90 minutes in length. As couples begin counseling some additional time is needed for their first appointment.
    
    
  • This session is followed by 2 individual appointments of approximately 50 minutes – scheduled at a different time.
    
    
  • After those sessions are completed, couples will meet together for 50 minute appointments on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.  Extended sessions (lasting up to two hours may be recommended or requested).
    
    
• Family Sessions
  
  
  • Initial session is 80-90 minutes in length. As families begin counseling some additional time is needed for the first appointment.
    
    
  • Sessions after initial meeting are usually 50 minutes in length.
    
    

• Face-to-Face
  
  
  • Is offered to individuals, couples and families in my comfortable office setting.
    
    
• Phone- SKYPE
  
  
  • Is offered to new and established clients as a way to alleviate the stress of travel and maintain the continuity of our sessions.
    
    
  • Couples can maintain regularly scheduled appointments - even if one person travels, has a busy work schedule or pickup schedule.
